Fairs and Workshops:
We arrange sales venues abroad for travel trade. Main actions are to participate at travel fairs and workshops abroad, toarrange sales venues, seminars and events for the press, according to the list at our fair calendar. You can register to the venues at YourAgent web pages using form for it. On the same list you will find participation costs per one person. The participants will pay their travel and lodging costs by them selves.
YourAgent will take care for the registration to the venues, that have been agreed. We will also quarantee that the outlook of the venues are modern and have a Scandinavian look.
Minimum of the Participants:
YourAgent will arrange the fair and workshops events locally, when app. 8 paying participants are joining at one event. There is also possibility to distribute your brochures.
Confirmation:
YourAgent is happy to distribute the brochures of your company at our stand. The brochures should be delivered to the event at own cost. You will be informed about it more detailed. For the brochure distribution we will charge 300 € per company per item of brochure per event. (CMT 500 € because of the length of the event). You will be informed after the dead lines of every event.
Dead Line:
You will find at left of this page by register. There might occur changes in the date, the reasons beyond our control.
Cancellation:
If you have to cancel your participation less than 2 weeks before, we will refund your participation fee but deducted with 350 € for our costs of organization.
VAT 23% to be added. We reserve all the rights for changes.
